  • Marketing - will help retain customers and even increase revenue in a highly competitive environment.

These two areas are closely related. Effective marketing is not just creative ideas, but the ability to correctly interpret analytical data and draw the right conclusions based on them. Many people think of marketing as just advertising, but in fact, advertising campaigns should be based on in-depth market analysis and understanding of the needs of the target audience.

Many people say that I share difficult material, and perhaps this is true. However, I believe that this is the minimum knowledge that every salesperson and manager should learn. Competition will be fierce and mistakes will be costly. Sellers will no longer be able to grow by attracting new buyers - all growth will occur through the struggle for market share from competitors. Therefore you must be better than them.

According to a survey conducted by one of the platforms, only 71% of sellers are confident that high-quality content helps increase sales on marketplaces. 29% may soon leave this business. But at the same time, only 60% delegate the work of creating product cards to professional specialists, although most often such specialists are designers, photographers and managers. This suggests that marketing knowledge will become an important asset for designers, and the demand for marketing professionals will also increase. Those who begin to engage in marketing in depth today will be able to get ahead of their competitors who have not realized the importance of this area.

Today there is a trend towards increasing consumption of educational content. However, it is important not just to absorb information, but to be able to apply the acquired knowledge in practice. The goal is not just to teach, but to actually introduce new skills into real work, adapting them to specific products, services and customer needs.
