The first results of an experiment on total reduction and optimization of SEO for ARK on marketplaces

My experiment received a lot of attention, and I decided to continue sharing my observations. Since you are interested, I will try to describe in as much detail as possible all the changes that occur with the product card after serious SEO optimization.

I’m not ready to disclose the article itself, but I will present the results in relative changes in positions. Start of the experiment - changes as of August 19..

Total number of keywords: 530 → 473

Average position: 366 → 347

Visibility: 16.54% → 17.47%

Views per month: 55.1k → 55.5k

Changes by keyword positions:

  • Positions 1-3: was 0, remains 0
  • Positions 4-10: was 2, now 5
  • Positions 11-50: was 88, now 62
  • Positions 51-100: was 51, now 69
  • Positions 100+: was 383, now 322

Positive changes:

  • The share of keywords in positions 4-10 increased.

Negative points:

  • The total number of keywords was reduced, which was planned.

At the moment, the changes are considered insignificant, but experiments continue. I also excluded all other items of other colors and left only “Booster” as part of the automatic campaign.
