At the first stage of promotion, we started by analyzing the current state of the site and the situation in the niche.

We have prepared:

  • Competitor analysis;

After conducting an audit and analyzing competitors, we came to a number of interesting conclusions.

Initially, our task was to promote for three months, with a planned budget of 13,000 per month (if it was a paying client).

However, the site has not been updated for several years, which led to a number of problems that we encountered during the analysis process:

  • Weak positions compared to competitors, especially considering the presence of sites on subdomains, which greatly complicates competition;
  • Garbage pages that do not provide value;
  • Low ICS;
  • Inconvenient page structure;
  • Unoptimized texts that are noticeably shorter than those of competitors;
  • Lack of prices, images and adaptive version of the site.

Thus, it was decided to extend the promotion period to six months in order to cope with the problems and achieve a quality result.

There is a large-scale work ahead, starting from internal website optimization and ending with external activities to increase its authority.

Our first step is to develop landing pages. To do this, the following steps were performed:

  • We compiled a basic technical specification for creating landing gear;
  • Prepared a design layout and completed the layout;
  • We sent briefs to the client for the preparation of texts.
