Client - online platform for knowledge management

The client is a platform for collaboration and creation of knowledge bases. On it you can work with documents, tables, as well as manage access, leave comments and set tasks. This solution is used in companies to improve the internal organization of work. The platform operates on a subscription model and has low initial traffic, which has made the task of increasing search engine visibility especially pressing.

Objective: increase traffic from search engines

The company asked to improve the number of visitors from search engines. Before the start of work, the site attracted from 600 to 1000 visitors per month.

Preliminary analysis

At the initial stage, we analyzed the niche and realized that there were practically no commercial requests for which the site could be promoted. Typically, there are two types of approaches for SEO: commercial (for queries with purchase intent) and informational (for queries related to the search for knowledge). In this case, queries like “buy an application for creating knowledge bases” had low interest.
