Position 0 is the new TOP-1. According to the study, answer blocks with rich snippets appear in 11.52% of all search results. This is one way to get to the very top of search results:

1. Identify the queries for which your site is already in the TOP 10, and select those for which blocks with extended answers are displayed. Why? 99.58% of snippets are taken from pages that are in the first SERP positions.

Important: Google is currently testing an algorithm in which a snippet of a site included in the answer block may be excluded from further results below.

2. Develop a “Snippet Bait” - a block of content of 40-60 words (average 270 characters) specifically designed to be included in the answer block.

3. Use H2 or H3 headings for these snippets.

4. If your answer block uses a table, you will also need to implement it into your content.

All these methods come down to a correct understanding of search intent. We will talk about it further.
