Having an organized knowledge base is crucial for gathering and systematizing large amounts of information. For many years, I maintained a similar system in Evernote, and now I use a cloud-based solution like Yandex Disk. The key is to keep everything in the cloud, so you can access your information from any device.
For example, if I come across an insightful SEO article but don’t have time to read it immediately, I save the link to my “To Read” folder. Later, if the article proves useful, I move the link to a relevant folder, such as "Link Building". This way, I always have the necessary information at my fingertips on any topic.
I switched from Evernote because the service became less user-friendly and started adding features I didn’t need. On Yandex Disk, I simply have a folder on my computer that syncs with the cloud. Previously, I would save all articles in Evernote, but now I just save the link to the article. This approach keeps my knowledge base streamlined and easily accessible.
