You received the text from a copywriter or wrote it yourself, and now it is ready for review. Where to start?
1️⃣ Read the entire text. Determine whether it correctly covers the stated topic. Does the author deviate from the main idea or begin to talk about extraneous issues?
2️⃣ Evaluate whether this text can complete the task. Any commercial text must have a clearly defined purpose:
- Does it sell a product or service, does it encourage action?
- Does it inform the reader about your business or your client's business (if you work as an SEO specialist or marketer)?
- Does the text show the expertise of the company or person, demonstrating trust on the part of the audience, which can lead to the purchase of consultations or services?
- Does the text explain how the product solves the buyer's problems and how it is useful?
- Does it provide information that will help differentiate your business from competitors?
And so on. Evaluate whether the text is fulfilling its role within the overall strategy.
3️⃣ If everything is in order according to the previous points, the next step is to check the text for uniqueness and spam using special online services.
?Now that you have checked the text for compliance with the topic, uniqueness and assessed whether it fulfills the objectives of your business, you can either publish it or send it for revision if there are any shortcomings.
