Case: increase in impressions and clicks due to placement of SEO texts

Objective: increasing organic traffic on catalog pages of an online store website in a highly competitive niche. This project included 2,500 pages from site 850. All non-brand positions in the TOP were occupied by aggregators, and the opportunities for growth for the main brands were exhausted. How did we approach the problem?

What have we done?

We selected semantic niches with mid-frequency (MF) and low-frequency (LF) queries that had not previously been used on the site. As a result, 90 new landing pages were created. For each of them the following work was performed:

  1. SEO texts have been integrated into the relevant sections. Each text was supplemented with second-level headings (h2) with commercial semantic entries.
  2. Unique first level headings (h1) and metadata (title, description) were generated.
  3. Filled with relevant products.
  4. Re-indexing of pages for search engines Yandex and Google has been carried out.

Results:

  • The increase in impressions on 90 new pages was 20%.
  • The number of clicks on these pages increased by 18%.
