Hi all! Today I want to share news about how my business is developing.
Firstly, I decided to temporarily suspend enrollment in the “SEO for Beginners” courses. I managed to prepare two groups, the first had 3 people, and the second - 2. All the guys showed themselves to be hardworking and responsible. Upon completion of the courses, I decided to take them into the team, and now they are no longer just students, but my assistants.
Remember my first attempt to open an agency, which ended in failure? So, this time everything is going completely differently. When I spoke at one of the conferences, I met the owners of other agencies and asked them about how to properly build their work system. They all agreed on one thing: it is necessary to train employees from scratch. It was at that moment that I came up with the idea of launching courses to take the most motivated students into my team. I didn’t know then that I would find so many talented and motivated people.
Now each assistant from the first group has two SEO projects. Of course, I continue to closely monitor each of these projects, check and correct them, but every day they become more independent. By the way, they received their first projects after completing approximately 50% of the course. For example, Sanya’s first project was related to the creation and promotion of a website from scratch.
I am very glad that I was able to involve my first assistants in the work, but progress has not stopped, and lately I have been receiving a lot of requests for SEO promotion. Therefore, I decided to take other students into the team. I am currently discussing 4 projects that I will soon hand over to them. One of them has already agreed to cooperate.
Because of this, I had to temporarily suspend my studies, because I have my own projects, and five of my assistants already have websites. All this requires my attention and control. As always, I work from morning to night, prioritizing my projects and preparing students for independent work. My goal is to develop them into real specialists who will be able to lead the company in the future.
The moral of today's post is: if you want to create something truly great, don't rely on others and take things into your own hands. I believe that in a few years everyone in the SEO community will know my first students, and we will work and develop as one team.
