This approach involves you taking care of creating some parts of the site yourself and leaving more complex tasks to professionals. It seems to be not the most attractive option, since it requires your time and participation. However, it will allow you to significantly reduce the cost and have better control over the process. Knowing the principles of website creation will allow you to create clearer technical specifications, as well as avoid fraud on the part of developers.
