Let's go into more detail. I need a person who wants to learn a new profession or is just starting his career path. I am ready to pay 20-25 thousand rubles per month. Yes, this amount may seem small, but it is only relevant during the learning process. I will train you fully and assign the simplest tasks, that is, I will pay you for training. Usually the student pays, but here it’s the other way around.
After completing the training, when you confidently cope with tasks, the salary will be in the range of 45-55 thousand rubles. It depends on your progress and the training period can take anywhere from 6 to 12 months.
As for the work schedule, I need the person to spend 2-3 days a week with me personally for 8 hours. Presumably this is Monday, Wednesday and Friday. On other days, you can work remotely, the main thing is to stay in touch.
It may seem that I have become impudent and have already gained a lot of clients, not wanting to share the work. But in reality I only have two clients and one online store of my own. I can handle this myself. Many proposals have to be rejected because if you take on too many projects, you may not have time to do everything well. Even if I find help, I won't immediately take on new sites. My goal is not to chase money, but to train a good specialist who can do the job just as well as I can. As soon as the assistant reaches this level, I will begin to take projects and transfer them to him for full management, leaving myself a small percentage of the sale of the service. Thus, he will become my full-fledged partner. That is why I need to raise an intelligent specialist in whom I will be as confident as I am in myself.
